Delivery & Orders

Dispatch & Orders

 

We aim to dispatch customer orders that are recieved before 2pm Monday-Saturday (This excludes Bank Holidays).

 

During peak seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmasthere could be delays in the delivery process due to higher volume of orders and requests.Whilst this is far from ideal, we work hard to ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible.

 

IF ANY DELAYS DO OCCUR IN DISPATCHING ORDERS, WE WILL ALWAYS DISPLAY THIS AT THE TOP OF OUR WEBSITE.

If you have placed an order that contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, you should expect your order to be dispatched when all items are readily available. If you wish to receive items as quickly as possible, please place separate orders.

​

Bank Holiday

​

Please note that our office is closed on Bank Holidays. While our warehouse is open, there are limited staff during the Bank Holiday's, and none of our courier partners collect parcels from us, or deliver on Bank Holidays.

​

Local Bank Holidays and closures may also affect your delivery. For example, 2nd January is a Bank Holiday in Scotland, but not in England.

Domestic Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.49)

  • Delivery Aim: within two to three working days after they accept your parcel.

  • Tracking to delivery point.

  • Photo on delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3.49)

​

  • Delivery Aim: next working day after they accept your parcel - but please bear in mind, this is not a next day courier service or guarantee.

  • Tracked to delivery point.

  • Photo on delivery.

Express Delivery (UK Mainland) (£7.95)

​

  • Delivery: next working day after they accept your parcel.

  • Monday to Friday service.

  • Tracked to delivery point.

  • Photo on delivery.

DPD Saturday Delivery (£8.50)

​

  • Dispatched: Friday - must be ordered by 2pm.

  • Delivered: Saturday

  • Info: Additional information on your delivery can be found on the DPD website or App.

  • Saturday service only.

  • Tracked to delivery point.

  • Photo on delivery.

WE CURRENTLY ARE UNABLE TO OFFER OVEREAS OR NON-UK MAINLAND DELIVERY. WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.​

UK RETURNS

We have tried to make sure our returns process as simple as possible. Whatever your reason for needing to make a return, please read the information below and then click the button for the form we will need back with the return.

 

Please ensure returns are packaged safely, securely, and sent with a tracking number - please take note of this tracking number for future reference.

Returning unwanted products

​

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the initial purchase.

  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.

  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value.

Returning faulty or damaged products

​

  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.

  • If you contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will be able to provide a postage label for you, free of charge.

  • Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaced/exchanged for identical products.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Unfortunately, delays can occur when delivering orders due to unforeseen circumstances, however, this is extremely rare. If a customer's order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and details. Please also use any delivery tracking for Royal Mail if we have provided this with your order.

 

If in the unlikely situation that a customer's order is lost or misrouted, please contact us straight away and we will either offer a full refund to the value of the order, or a replacement order (whichever we see appropriate). This is subject to an investigation into the location and progress of an order.

Right to Cancel

All customers have the right to cancel an order once placed, however, please make sure this is done before 2pm on the day of order, as that is when we send orders out for delivery.
